That's awesome, I think my version of OS X may not be compatible though. I get an error message stating: "hospital_her" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.
I'm running High Sierra 10.13.6 on a MBP. My OS is a little out of date, perhaps that is the reason? Let me know what the min requirements are. Thanks!
We dug up some older machines and tested down to 10.12.6 with no problems. Do you have more information that might help?
We found a MBP with the same problem. A fixed OS X version is now available :)

"hackefull", today i played the 32-bit version a little bit on my Win-7 PC-system. The first game, when i loaded the game, always works normally, but everytime, when a game is over and i choose "Replay Level", then i get an error-message and can not go on playing. I copied this error-message to the clipboard and it's this here. Maybe it helps in solving the problem:

Thanks for the bugreport. We updated the win32 version and hopefully the bug is gone for you :)
Seems to work now. I played 30 minutes today and clicked "Replay Level" several times without that a problem comes again. Thanks for fixing this so fast. Funny game, will play it in next days, cause i have alot time at the moment.
How many levels are there?
Levels are generated, so we do not know exactly, but there are at least a million :)
